No fridge. Advertised bath tub for the rooms booked, but no bath tub. Breakfast should be buffet style.

Great location, central in the city. Helpful staff. Also the included breakfast was amazing!

They have different rates posted vs what the actual price. To all foreigners , think twice, what u see online upon booking is not accurate, they will charge you more even if it says its non refundable they will still say you need to pay them in property. Its false advertising, and they say its the booking.com fault. Plus they knock on your door at 7am for breakfast! This is not good. You dont disturb your guest! And 9am for housekeeping! This is a horrible hotel. Please please skip this hotel!

The hotel looks aesthetically good like European or old Spanish inspired building and the location is very convenient, close to everything. It has all the basic amenities you need if you are mostly outside.

Just a slight miscommunication since we were informed late of the additional payment for the extra person, which we paid but we had to pay for extra breakfast meal when it was supposed to be covered by the payment if they only informed us sooner, and we had to request for extra pillow. They did not send anything for the extra person we paid for like towels, bed, hygiene kit nor explained what we get out of the payment. We also didn’t ask because it was already past 9pm and we just got back from a tour, exhausted. I hope it was clearly communicated at check in to avoid confusion.

The staff were responsive, friendly and helpful. The architecture as well is beautiful.

It was quite noisy. I can hear the noise of the cars outside, and footsteps from the next floor above us, and we can hear the movement of people outside. I was not really able to sleep because the noise kept startling me.

Near restaurants and accessible

The style is kinda old but clean. Breakfast is serve in the room which is good but of course sometimes served a little late but its fine unless we have someone with us who really is bit strict ?

Facade is really nice. Clean and decent - as hotel rooms should be.

Budget hotel but with a very nice facade. So expect basic minimum-level facilities and service. Kinda misleading considering the facade looks really nice.

The TV is not working

The staffs are nice, the place is very homey, the room is spacious & the bed is comfy to have a good sleep. It's a good hotel to stay within D.C.

Location is near the city center

Bedsheets and pillow cases had a strong fabric conditioner smell. It wasn’t pleasant at all. The breakfast was basic, no fruits!

The room was priced fairly, with basic amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and honest. We checked-out early in the morning, and after the staff a routine inspection of the room, she returned to us a cellphone that we left on one of the bedside tables.

The toilet flush in our room was working, but the water tank was refilled very slowly due to low water pressure. Also, the hotel is located at a busy street, so it is hard to get a restful sleep if you're sensitive to noise due to vehicles/trucks passing by at wee hours in the morning.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. The room was spacious, and the complimentary distilled water and coffee were thoughtful touches that we really appreciated.

Clean, super friendly and professional helpful team ??☺️Internet speeds were sufficient for me to work without worrying.

The staff were very nice and the rest of it was appalling.

The photos on booking.com are years old and nothing like what you get. Room was very old. No kettle, no complimentary water, no tea or coffee, no fridge, no batteriesin TV remote. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting and would not feed it to a dog ( see photos) Only one cheap toilet roll. No TV unless you have a Netflix account. Incesent dogs yapping and barking all day and night.

Not right in the centre, but not too far out of town, and it's easy to drive to and park at, so logistically convenient. The rooms were moderately sized, and generally it wasn't a huge place so was peaceful and pleasant. Additionally the lady who helped us at reception helped us with our enquiry on getting some washing done. It wasn't easy as we arrived in the evening and left the next morning. She put a lot of effort into finding a solution, but I noted that although a solution was found she still persisted to phone more places as she was adamant to get us the best service not only from within the hotel, but also from outside for other services. And in the end the service that she was able to arrange was amazing, punctual and rapid, and well priced.There is a lift also, which doesn't sound that exciting, but there are many buildings of this height that only have stairs, so it is nice to have a modestly sized hotel have easy access.Additionally just everyone was very helpful moving luggage and babies around for us, even the security pitching in!

The breakfast, that was included, was extremely modest, I think just consisting of a sandwich if I recall correctly. Additionally there was some miscalculation in the payment, so we were asked for an additional payment at the end, which was so tiny (less than a dollar I think) that it seemed a little pedantic, and while carrying kids riding high on a good nights sleep and doing anything but cooperating, this was a small thing that could have been avoided.

It was clean value for money and very friendly staff. Free water and coffee.
